The UK’s biggest gaming festival makes a welcome return to the Midlands this August and promises a packed programme of entertainment for enthusiasts at all levels.

The 2014 festival sees Insomnia welcome DJ Zane Lowe as it headlining live act. Zane will take to the main stage on the Friday night where he’ll mix up a DJ set of ‘epic proportions’. As well as witnessing the talents of the internationally-renowned DJ, a ticket to Insomnia entitles visitors to observe a variety of esport tournament finals and new game debuts in the Festival Arena. Split into various zones, this area features panel talks and daily tournaments for FIFA 14, Hearthstone and Minecraft. Visitors can also see various gaming characters, take a trip down 56kb memory lane and partake in a variety of card and board games. The Exhibition Hall is the place to seek out the newest releases and find out more about gaming products, while a wealth of catering options are also available.

Insomnia52 takes place at Coventry's Ricoh Arena from Fri 22 to Sun 24 August and we've joined with the show's organisers to offer one lucky reader the chance to win a pair of festival tickets to the value of £100. We're also offering a pair of day tickets for one lucky runner-up.
