Joe and Elli are a retired Jewish couple living in Brooklyn who love to dance. Their life is tranquil and pleasantly low-key - until, that is, a knock at the door and the arrival of Billy, the brother Joe hasn’t seen for thirty years, shatters the serenity of their world. And even more dramatically, the story which Billy then recounts leaves the couple facing a profound and disturbing moral dilemma... Oliver Cotton’s brand new play stars the always brilliant Maureen Lipman, with Harry Shearer and John Bowe lending excellent support.
