Ramsbottom CC play in the Lancashire League. Formed in 1845 Ramsbottom have one of the largest followings in the league and play at Acre Bottom which is certainly one of the most picturesque and welcoming grounds in the league.
Ramsbottom boast an enviable history and have won the league five times and the Worsley Cup eight times. Ramsbottom have three senior teams (1st, 2nd and 3rd Team) and a thriving Junior Foundation (Under 9's,11's,13's and u'15's). The current Ramsbottom Professional is Grant Thomson (South Africa).
