Yakinori Sushi School has recently launched at Yakinori Solihull in the Touchwood Shopping Centre, providing their guests with a masterclass, drinks and a starter.

You will learn about the history of sushi, the delicious ingredients, knife cutting skills and how to get the best cut of salmon. You will have full instructions from a Yakinori sushi master, who will guide you every step of the way.

The group class will last around two hours and include:
- Welcome Drinks: soft drink, asahi beer or glass of wine
- Starter Plate: edamame, chicken gyoza and tempura prawns
- The Class: cucumber maki, california roll, salmon & avocado hand roll, salmon nigiri & salmon sashimi.
- To Finish: sake for adults & bubble tea for ninjas

Vegan/GF options available.

These classes run every other Thursday between 6.30 - 8.30pm. Yakinori Sushi School costs adults £35 and ninjas £20 (under 16). Click here to book.
