Birmingham’s Barber Institute of Fine Arts is set to reopen its galleries in June.

The galleries have been closed since last autumn while the first phase of a £10million building improvement project is carried out.

Visitors to the venue from Saturday 22 June will be able to enjoy an eight-month programme of exhibitions.

The Barber will then close for seven months from next February so that phase two of the building improvement project can take place.
