The Indian Brewery has announced its official expansion into a new premises in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter, St Paul's Square.

Situated on the corner of Mary Ann Street and Livery Street within an iconic building, the new location highlights The Indian Brewery's commitment to becoming an integral part of the local community. The Jewellery Quarter, with its rich history and atmosphere, provides the perfect backdrop for the brewery's growth.

Phase 1 of the development will focus on making the brewery operational, ensuring the continual production of a diverse range of beers - from traditional to modern and vibrant beers - along with experimental, seasonal and collaborative brews.

In Phase 2, the brewery will introduce a unique taproom experience featuring an extensive number of taps, games area and theatre kitchen with live sports on the big screen. This taproom will be distinct and separate from the existing Indian Brewery Snowhill location, known for its exceptional modern Indian street food. The new taproom is set to enhance the Jewellery Quarter's culinary landscape by combining craft beer with a delicious menu of innovative food, all made fresh on-site.

The taproom will also serve natural, organic and low-intervention wines, plus signature cocktails and the finest low/no alcohol beverages.

The expected date is May 2024, just in time for the Euros 2024.
