Staffordshire hosts its biggest party of the year on Wednesday 1 May, with local businesses and communities celebrating everything they love about the county.

May 1st is the anniversary of Staffordshire's most famous son, Josiah Wedgwood, setting up his pottery company in 1759 and helping to transform the county into the centre of the world’s ceramics industry.
