With exciting new Show Gardens, fresh themes, the Make a Metre Matter campaign, new experts and stages, plus brilliant shopping and hands-on experiences, BBC Gardeners’ World Live 2025 is bursting with colour, creativity and inspiration.
Throughout the event, BBC Gardeners’ World Live will offer inspirational advice from green-fingered experts, including Monty Don, Frances Tophill, Adam Frost, Rachel de Thame, Nick Bailey, and more in the BBC Gardeners’ World Live Theatre and the Let’s Talk Plants Stage.
Bringing BBC Gardeners’ World Magazine’s Make a Metre Matter campaign to life, which encourages people to transform one metre of outdoor space to help the planet, BBC Gardener’s World presenter Nick Bailey has designed the show’s headline Show Garden, The Plant-Based Garden. The plastic and concrete-free garden has a homestead feel and will be packed with eco-friendly highlights, resources and materials, including block planting metres with raised beds to highlight the possibilities of growing vegetables in even the smallest of spaces.
Following the popularity of last year’s headline Show Garden, ‘The Chef’s Table’, this year BBC Gardeners’ World Live will showcase Adam Frost’s Tasting Table – a unique, interactive and exclusive experience that combines gardening and gastronomy. The experience will see Adam bring flavours from the garden to life with the support of culinary experts and guest chefs from Good Food Show Summer, including Rachel Allen, Chris Bavin, Si King, James Martin, John Torode and Lisa Faulkner, and Good Food’s Barney Desmazery and Cassie Best.
BBC Gardeners’ World Live boasts an impressive array of Beautiful Borders, packed with creative ideas to help visitors make the most of small spaces or reimagine unused spaces. Visitors can also pick up inspiration and advice from the Let’s Talk Plants Stage, Green Rooms House Plant Stage and In Conversation With Stage.
One of the country’s largest Floral Marquees is home to the International Orchid Show, the Hot Off the Potting Bench new plants gallery, the Plant Experts’ advice desk and displays by specialist plant nurseries and growers, and is set to be packed with plants to discover, browse, and buy. Plus, budding and expert gardeners alike can put their green fingers to work at the show’s new mushroom growing masterclasses.
