The Big Kitchen, sponsored by HexClad is back, where food fans can look forward to live demonstrations from a line-up of world class chefs and experts including James Martin, Si King (The Hairy Biker), John Torode MBE and Lisa Faulkner. New for 2025, there’s Rachel Allen, Tony Singh and Cyrus Todiwala.

At the Let’s Talk Good Food Stage, catch the Good Food Podcast recording live with host Sam Goldsmith and stars including Rachel Allen, Claire Thomson, Si King, Jeremy Pang, John Torode, Lisa Faulkner, Tony Singh, The Flygerians, and Cyrus Todiwala. Host Barney Desmazery will then cover hot foodie topics with culinary icons, from easy weeknight cooking with Brin Pirathapan and loving your leftovers to summer Sunday roasts with Matt Tebbutt and the world of cheese with James Martin. Katy Truss from Fabulous Food Finds presents ‘New finds’, an exciting new curated tasting session where you can discover and taste products from the Shows food and drink producers.
The Good Food Wine Club hosted by Laithwaites and Grant Hedley is the place to discover perfect wines for summer with a focus on English wines and perfect summer pairings. New sessions include wines for a British garden, plus a cheese and wine pairing tasting led by Good Food’s Editor Keith Kendrick.
