CBSO Centre Stage: A series of informal afternoon concerts.
Programme includes works by Telemann, JS Bach and Fasch.
This early music ensemble was formed by students of Royal Birmingham Conservatoire and plays mostly baroque repertoire.
The ensemble started playing together in October 2023. It consists of the strong engine room – team basso formed by Gen Li (baroque cello) and Paul Kowal (harpsichord) and the three unique and brave treble players William Sherratt (baroque oboe), Kalu Ramirez (baroque violin) and Riko Suzuki (recorder).
All members are originally from different countries, but the love of baroque music has brought them together.
