Join Tilly Clark and her ensemble as she presents her Final Recital in Jazz, with a Latin twist. This recital will round off her three-year postgraduate degree in Jazz at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire.

Having studied Spanish and Russian for her undergraduate degree, she regularly sings in languages such as Spanish and Portuguese, and this recital is no exception. Expect to hear original Spanish-lyric compositions, Bossa Nova, Tango, and Afro-Cuban, and songs from the Great American Songbook.

Juliane Deil is a jazz pianist with a unique sound, blending traditional jazz language with classical influences. Currently a Master’s student in jazz piano at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, she recently took part in B:Music’s talent development programme RISE UP.
