24 Stories, Birmingham’s iconic sky-high rooftop bar located 24 floors above the city, is welcoming the new season with a limited-edition Spring Blossom Spritz cocktail menu and beautiful blossom installations.

Perfect for enjoying lighter evenings and breathtaking views across the city, the carefully curated menu includes four new spritz cocktails inspired by spring blossoms, which will be available until Sunday 26 April.

The menu opens with a bold Golden Hour Spritz, combining Renais Gin with elderflower, lemon and Fever-Tree soda, for a light, floral and perfectly crisp long drink.

The Explorer’s Spritz offers a tropical twist, combining Espadín mezcal, pineapple, melon and fresh lime, topped with prosecco and soda and finished with basil and Maldon salt.

For an elegant and more easy-drinking option, the Lillet Rosé Spritz features Lillet Rosé lengthened with Mediterranean tonic and finished with fresh grapefruit.

The restaurant in the sky is also offering an alcohol-free Cygnet Infinity Spritz, made with Cygnet Infinity, flavoured with rosemary and grapefruit.

Each Spritz is priced at £15, whilst the alcohol-free option is priced at £10. The new menu is available exclusively until Sunday 26 April.
