Birmingham has been crowned the UK’s top destination for football away fans, with Aston Villa securing the highest overall pleasant score in the ranking of 8/10.

Villa Park earned a strong 4.65/5 stars for average review score, one of the lowest winter precipitation rates in the study (28.75%) and the shortest average travel distance from rival clubs (96.7 miles).

These factors helped Birmingham outperform football’s most well-known hubs such as London, Manchester and Liverpool to claim the top spot in the rankings.
