If you’ve ever fancied finding out more about the operations of one of the country’s most acclaimed ballet companies, then now’s your chance.

Birmingham Royal Ballet has announced a short residency at Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery’s Waterhall Gallery (Wednesday 26 June - Tuesday 2 July), during which various aspects of life in a ballet company - both on and off stage - will be showcased.

An exhibition, demonstrations, the chance to watch and join in dance classes, and an introduction to making your very own tutu, all feature. A special Night At The Museum event is also planned, offering visitors the chance to enjoy both BMAG’s Victorian Radicals exhibition and a series of short performances, including the world premiere of a new work by BRB dancer Olivia Chang Clarke.
