B:Music has announced an enhanced range of hospitality experiences at its iconic venues, Symphony Hall and Town Hall, offering audiences new ways to elevate their visit with exclusive spaces, premium refreshments, and exceptional service.
Building on the success of its popular Champagne and Afternoon Tea packages, B:Music is introducing two new experiences: B:Treated in the Helen Walsh Lounge at Symphony Hall and B:Treated in the Joseph Hansom Suite at Town Hall. These new additions provide guests with stylish, relaxed surroundings and added comfort before and during performances.
Guests enjoying the new B:Treated experiences will have access to exclusive lounge spaces from 90 minutes before the performance, along with reserved seating, attentive waiting service, and a carefully curated selection of drinks and snacks. Each package includes a complimentary drink on arrival, ranging from wine, bottled beer, cider, or a single spirit and mixer to soft drinks, as well as dry snacks and an ice cream per person, with vegan options available.
At Symphony Hall, the Helen Walsh Lounge offers an elegant setting on the Circle Level, ideal for socialising and unwinding ahead of performances. The B:Treated experiences are available for selected performances including Birmingham Classical concerts, film screenings with live orchestra, and a range of popular music events. Availability is limited, ensuring an intimate and premium experience.
At Town Hall, the Joseph Hansom Suite provides a similarly refined environment for guests, combining historic surroundings with modern comfort. Here, the B:Treated experiences are available for those attending rock, pop, and comedy shows.
In addition to these new experiences, B:Music continues to offer its much-loved Champagne Experience and Afternoon Tea Experience at Symphony Hall. The Champagne Experience, hosted in the Jane How Room, includes half a bottle of champagne per person, snacks, reserved seating, and exclusive access before the show and during the interval- available for audiences attending rock, pop, and comedy evening performances.
For matinee performances, the Afternoon Tea Experience provides a relaxed and indulgent option, featuring a selection of finger sandwiches, scones, desserts, and tea or coffee, all served with views across Centenary Square.
Across all premium experiences, guests will also be able to enjoy an upgraded drinks offering, including premium selections and locally sourced beers from Birmingham Brewing Company, further enhancing the connection to the city’s vibrant food and drink scene.
These hospitality packages are designed to complement B:Music’s world-class programme, offering audiences more choice and flexibility in how they enjoy their visit.
