The Michelin-starred restaurant and duo, Brad and Holly Carter, are relocating Carters to Birmingham’s city centre from 2 February - 31 May 2024 to the private members club, Eighteen at 103 Colmore Row.
Carters moved to Westlands UK in Evesham this summer from their Moseley location of 13 years. They will open a restaurant in the city centre in the summer 2024, details are to follow.
At Eighteen, they will create a Chef’s Table experience in the boardroom. Guests can expect the UK’s highest-quality produce in a multi-course format with expertly paired drinks, complemented by breath-taking views.
Reservations for February are now live, March dates will be available from 1 February, and the 1st of every month moving forward.
Carters at Eighteen will be open for Friday dinner service, Saturday Lunch and dinner service, Sunday dinner service, and Monday dinner service, with the possibility of reserving the space for private hire on request.
Eighteen is built to an incredible specification by sustainable and award-winning designers, x-why.
