This Girl Can X Parkrun | Nation-wide

parkrun has teamed up with Sport England’s ‘This Girl Can’ campaign to celebrate active women and girls across the country. parkruns are free, fun, sociable 5k community events taking place every Saturday in public parks and open spaces across the globe. They are accessible to all, regardless of age, ability or background. Many events even allow buggies and dogs, making it a true family event.

#EachForEqual Pendant Making | LUSH, New Street

You’ll be learning polymer clay bead making techniques from members of Shelanu - a craft collective of migrant and refugee women - alongside participants from Women’s Maker Movement project, which helps women in Birmingham facing economic and social challenges to gain new skills in craft and enterprise. Full instructions and no experience needed! This event is open to all and ‘pay as you feel’; the money raised through this event helps provide free workshops for women less able to pay.
