Dave’s Hot Chicken has announced the launch date of its new Birmingham store.

The cult L.A. chicken shop plastered posters across the city, inviting punters to “CALL FOR HOT CHICKS” on 07914685296.

The number directs hot-chick-enthusiasts to an x-rated voicemail announcing the details of the site opening on 19 July – as well as the opportunity to win one of 100 free sliders.

It comes as Dave’s hosted a pop-up in Digbeth on Wednesday, where it dished out a whole load of signature sliders to locals.

Dave’s Hot Chicken has already achieved huge success in London and across the pond. And now, it’s opening its second site in the UK.

With a total of 102 covers, the bold new opening is located at 56 New Street, an iconic Art Deco style corner building featuring distinctive curved balconies and a striking presence in the heart of the city.

Whether hitting the shops, catching a film at the nearby Odeon, or heading home via Birmingham New Street Station, Dave’s is set to become the king of Birmingham’s Chicken Quarter.

The site is set to be an intergalactic experience with a galaxy and space-themed design, complete with UFO installations and sci-fi-inspired interiors.

With graffiti inspired by legendary L.A. based street artists Splatterhaus and Dehmq, the theme pays homage to the distinctive street art style found across Dave’s U.S. locations, capturing the dynamic spirit of Los Angeles and launching guests into a whole new world of fried chicken indulgence.

Birmingham’s menu matches Dave’s Hot Chicken London flagship, with signature Sliders, Tenders, Top-Loaded Shakes, and Slushers. From seven spice levels of Nashville-style hot chicken to mouthwatering sides, Dave’s delivers bold flavour and heat.
