Saturday October 17 marks the opening of Enclave: Birmingham City, the latest development from Outpost Management. To celebrate this milestone, a special Opening Festival invites the community to a full day of free activities and entertainment, plus a closer look at this cutting-edge rental development.

Daytime | 12pm-5pm
Guests can enjoy complimentary coffee, matcha and bubble tea, plus gin and beer tastings from Birmingham Brewing Company. Local sushi school Yakinori will host jumbo handrolling sessions where participants choose their own fillings.

For those feeling creative, local designers will lead workshops in floral arranging, charm-making and block printing. Birmingham Poet Laureate Bradley Taylor and Zachariye will also host a live demonstration, writing bespoke take-home poems inspired by the memories and stories guests share on the day.

Other experiences include express massages by The Body Shop, guided meditation and breathwork, and plenty of entertainment for the kids to enjoy. As a pet-friendly development, Enclave will also have photographers on site to take professional portraits of any furry friends who come along for the fun.

Evening | 7pm-10pm
For over 18s, the party continues well into the evening, with a set by Birmingham-based DJ Michael Bird accompanied by a live saxophonist, as well as karaoke, Drag Bingo, cocktails, canapés and striking views of Birmingham from the 27th floor of the building.

Visitors who explore the building and collect stamps throughout the day can complete an Enclave Digital Passport for a chance to win a £200 Selfridges voucher.
