La Bellezza, Big Mamma Group’s twinkling trattoria located at Paradise, Birmingham, is launching a new Panuozzo sandwich menu, encouraging guests to swap meal deals and desk lunches for a slice of Italy to take away.

Available between 12pm and 3pm, Birmingham’s lunchtime crowd will be able to pre-order dishes from La Bellezza’s menu to take away, whether they’re picking up lunch between meetings, ordering a spread to share with colleagues or collecting a treat to enjoy at home.

La Bellezza is introducing two new Panuozzo, Italian sandwiches made with crispy, pillowy pizza dough. The Panuozzo Prosciutto Mozza (£11) features mozzarella di bufala, prosciutto crudo, fior di latte and rocket, while the Panuozzo Hot Straccia (£9.50) brings together San Marzano DOP tomato and ’nduja sauce, spianata, stracciatella, fior di latte and datterini tomatoes.

Diners can also order and take away a selection of Italian favourites, from Arancini al Tartufo (£9.50), fried truffle rice bites with mozzarella, Parmigiano and fresh truffle, to Burrata e Pappa al Pomodoro (£7.60), pairing 125g of burrata from Caseificio Montrone in Puglia with slow-roasted tomatoes.

The menu also includes Mammargherita di Bufala pizza (£14), topped with San Marzano DOP tomato sauce, mozzarella di bufala and Parmigiano, with a vegan version available. For something lighter, there’s the Insalata Trevigiana (£12.80), a salad of radicchio, endive, rocket, quinoa, apple, Gorgonzola and walnuts.

No Italian lunch would be complete without dessert. The selection includes Tigramisù (£6.40), a classic tiramisù with a touch of Marsala, and Mousse al Cioccolato (£4.80), made with dark chocolate, praline and toasted hazelnut.
