Fans of Birmingham rock legend Ozzy Osbourne have just a few weeks left to see the exhibition celebrating his life and legacy at Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery before it closes on Sunday 27 September 2026.

Ozzy Osbourne: Working Class Hero charts Ozzy’s journey from a working-class upbringing in Aston to international superstardom.

It features personal memorabilia, photography and video alongside some of his most prestigious honours, including Grammy Awards, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame accolades, MTV awards, Hollywood Walk of Fame and Birmingham Walk of Stars honours, as well as a selection of his platinum and gold discs.

A highlight of the exhibition is Ozzy’s iconic black Gothic-style throne, last used by Ozzy during his final performance at the Back to the Beginning concert at Villa Park and added to the display in July this year to mark the first anniversary of the performance and his death in 2025.

The free exhibition has welcomed almost 800,000 visitors since it was officially opened by Sharon Osbourne on 25 June 2025, with its run extended twice in response to public demand.
