Available at the Marco Pierre White inspired restaurant on Level 25 of The Cube, the new Bottomless Brunch will see guests enjoy unlimited prosecco, beer or Bloody Marys alongside their choice of brunch.

With all the brunch favourites included diners will be able to choose from eggs benedict, royale and Florentine, pancakes, classic French toast and even bacon butties.

They will also receive a choice of sweet and will be able to help themselves to the preserves station that includes a selection of homemade breads.

Boasting arguably the best views in the country’s second city, this new offer has been put in place to satisfy the rise in popularity of the Italian fizz.

For those wanting something a little more relaxing, the venue has also launched an indulgent new afternoon tea. Called the Skyline Afternoon Tea diners will be able to make it a special occasion in the restaurant’s Veuve Cliqcuot Champagne bar.

The price includes a glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne, freshly baked scones, a selection of sweet treats and traditional sandwiches, freshly prepared to order by their chef. Smoked salmon and crème fraiche, cucumber, dill and cream cheese and homemade coronation chicken, are just some of the many fillings available on the delicious new menu.

Unlimited Musetti coffee and a range of Teapigs teas are also included.  A range of gluten free products complement the items available to order.

The new Bottomless Brunch costs £39.00 per person and is available every Saturday and Sunday between 11am and 4pm.
