New bar & entertainment venue Zumhof Biergarten is opening in Digbeth on Saturday 4 July.
It will occupy the premises previously used by nightclub Air, as well as 4,000sq ft of adjacent car park.
Zumhof Biergarten will offer a range of Bavarian and Czech lagers, including fresh unpasteurised Pilsner Urquell, delivered direct from Pilzen once a week. Alongside 'the best of Europe', the venue will be showcasing 'local stars' like Digbrew and Purity brewing.
The food hut will offer speciality bratwursts and burgers alongside Rudy's Neapolitan Pizza, which will be made every morning and transported to the yard in Digbeth.
When regulations allow, the venue will launch a stage for local and visiting performers.
Zumhof Biergarten's Charlotte Kemp said: “It’s a pop-up to start off with, which will allow us to feel our way. It’s a different-vibe Bavarian bar for us, and we will do everything possible to add something new and complementary to the emerging scene in Digbeth.
"We're interested in collaborating with artists, creatives, brewers and artisans. If you're interested in meeting for a brew to discuss possibilities, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org"
Zumhof Biergarten will open at 4pm on Saturday 4 July. To register for news or to book a table, visit zumhof.co.uk. Follow the venue on Instagram at @zumhofbiergarten.
