Brand new fine dining Greek restaurant Cylla is opening in Birmingham this year.

Located in the heart of the Colmore Business District, at the former All Bar One on Newhall Street, Cylla promises a dining experience that celebrates ‘the perfect harmony of sea and land.’

Alongside contemporary Greek dishes, a carefully considered Mediterranean-inspired cocktail menu will be on offer, with each creation incorporating traditional Greek spirits and fresh Med ingredients.

Cylla will open its doors to the public in mid-March and will serve lunch and dinner seven days a week.
