This November, OMNOM, the celebrated vegetarian and vegan restaurant and wellness charity from London, opens a second location on Fleet Street in Birmingham.
OMNOM Birmingham will bring together everything the brand has become known for: uplifting Indian food, soulful mantra music nights, community wellbeing events, and a deep commitment to giving back.
As a registered charity, OMNOM operates on a simple but powerful principle: for every meal served, a child in need is fed in a poorer part of the world.
The new Birmingham location features OMspace, a dedicated studio and event venue designed to host yoga, meditation, talks, workshops, and private events — creating a sanctuary for mind, body, and soul.
The restaurant’s vibrant, flavour-rich menu is a celebration of India’s culinary roots, created in collaboration with Namaste Village, an Indian vegetarian restaurant group renowned for its cultural authenticity and joyful dishes, with six sites currently operating across the UK including the recently opened Namaste Village Oxford.
OMNOM Birmingham will feature a stunning 150-cover restaurant, making it one of the UK’s largest meat-free Indian dining destinations. The expansive open-plan space will include a lively dining area, a dedicated bar, and a lush conservatory and private dining space, in total accommodating up to 200 guests — ideal for private celebrations, special events, and interactive cookery workshops that invite guests to explore the art of plant-based Indian cuisine.
A distinctive feature of the venue will be a traditional low-seating area adjacent to the bar, crafted from hand-carved timber and plush cushions handmade in India. This inviting corner will offer guests an intimate setting to enjoy high chai or a peaceful meal before or after a wellness class, embodying OmNom’s ethos of mindful indulgence and cultural authenticity.
Behind OMNOM sits OmLife, the spiritual and community heartbeat of the project — hosting Soulful Sundays, retreats, and gatherings rooted in the ancient tradition of Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of devotion and service. OmLife is a community of heartfelt, expert experience-makers dedicated to crafting authentic spiritual journeys that inspire deep, lasting wellness and self-discovery.
With space for dining, reflection, music, movement, and conversation, OMNOM Birmingham promises to be a beacon for the city’s conscious and creative community — a place to eat beautifully, live mindfully, and serve joyfully.
