Birmingham’s newest modern bistro, Samo, has opened in the city's Great Western Arcade.

Founded by chef Elliot Brown, Samo features seasonal menus that reimagine classical European cooking, crafted using high-quality ingredients and paired with a wine list designed to keep your attention until the very last sip.

Menu options include oysters, crab crumpet, beef tartare, sea trout with smoked eel sauce, pork chop with cabbage and pickled walnut, bavette and more.

A lunch menu will be available from Wednesday - Friday 12-3pm and the main menu will be available from Wednesday - Friday 5-9pm and Saturday 12-9pm. To book a table, visit: samobistro.co.uk
