Birmingham's Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill restaurant is now offering customers the chance to sample a special ‘steak night’ menu every Thursday.


Commenting on the initiative, Marco said: “Steak & chips is a perpetual favourite among our guests. What we find is that to really make the dish sing, you need the best quality meat. We use Campbell Brothers, as the consistency and quality is what we are looking for. And to get the best flavour, instead of anointing the steaks with olive oil, I mix the oil into a paste with a stock cube and paint it on both sides.”

The Steak Night menu includes butcher’s steak & chips, piccolo tomatoes, béarnaise sauce and a glass of Jean-Luc Columbo wine, pint of draught beer or a soft drink.
