Saga Investment Services, the investment and financial planning specialists for the over 50s, is offering a free financial planning seminar in Edgbaston on Tuesday 23 May.
Dealing with your finances in the run up to and throughout your retirement has become more complex, with changes to the way you can access your pension, and the introduction of new tax allowances. And with the Economy continuing to provide uncertainty as we approach Brexit, it’s become harder than ever to get a decent return on your savings.
Over 50s champion Saga is travelling the country to offer people the chance to find out how they can make the most of the changes to their finances, and what they can do to be prepared in an uncertain future. Our seminars give over 50s the chance to hear our views on the markets, and speak directly to our financial planners to find out about their options. Attendees will receive information about tax efficient investing and the latest on pensions from a local Saga financial planner, and will be brought up to speed with the movements in the markets with an investment outlook from Saga’s expert team.
Nici Audhlam-Gardiner, managing director of Saga Investment Services, said: “Dealing with your finances in the run up to retirement and beyond has become so much more complicated over the past few years, and many people don’t know what their options are. We’re proud to bring our popular Pensions and Investments Seminar to Edgbaston and help people make the most of their money at this crucial stage of life.”
The next Saga Investment Services Pensions and Investment seminar will be hosted at Edgbaston Cricket Club, from 3pm to 4.30pm on Tuesday 23 May. The seminars are free to attend, and afterwards you’ll get the chance to meet the Saga team face to face and enjoy complimentary afternoon tea.
