Alfred Works has announced the arrival of Spice Club Road Show, a bold Punjabi Street food concept, as its newest food partner, bringing authentic flavours and a modern twist to its growing food offering.

Spice Club Road Club was founded by Mandy, whose culinary journey began in her mum’s kitchen, where every celebration was marked by homemade samosas, fresh kebabs, and dishes rooted in tradition. From the beginning, her philosophy has remained simple, it’s always her food, her way.

What started in a 3x3 gazebo in 2018, built on pure passion and zero compromise, has grown into a remarkable street food brand. At the time, Mandy was on maternity leave with a four-month-old baby when she made the bold decision to leave her job and pursue her dream.

All dishes are rooted in tradition, with every curry beginning with a 3.5-hour base, perfected over generations. Ingredients are always fresh, and every dish is made by hand with no shortcuts and no compromises, just authentic Punjabi street food with a quirky twist.

Alfred Works is proud to welcome Spice Club as part of its growing independent food offering, bringing bold flavour, cultural heritage, and a distinctive street food experience to the space.
