With a choice of family rooms and packages priced from £179 per room, this half term the resort is inviting families to make memories with a variety of spooky activities.
Transforming its Woodland Adventures into ‘Watch Where You Walk’, The Belfry invites its bravest guests to step into a realm of eerie mystery and magic. The trail begins with The Gate to the Unknown, where shadowy surprises await. Beyond the iron gates and beneath the twisted tree canopy, fearless adventurers will discover a woodland filled with ghostly goings-on. As they venture deeper into the woods through the graveyard, keep a look out for the witch. Hotel residents also get a free pumpkin and carving kit to create their own spooky decorations.
The Halloween trail is open daily from 9am to 9pm from 18th October to 2nd November and is included for hotel residents. Tickets will be available to non-residential guests to purchase on the day or in advance via The Belfry website. Visitors will also be able to buy a pumpkin and carving set to take away.
Fun continues across the resort for residents. The Belfry’s state-of-the-art new home for all things leisure, The Club, is a fun-filled destination for all the family. Children will discover a large swimming pool with jets and slide and a children’s boulder wall. For parents, a 25-metre lap pool awaits and large bubble pool.
Families can also race around The Green on go-karts, sharpen their swing on the Toptracer Driving Range—where children receive a free bucket of balls with a paying adult—or go for a competitive game of Shuffleboard at Sam’s Bar & Kitchen. Indoors, little ones can look forward to complimentary activities including a games room, colouring station, sweet cart, library corner, and cosy film screenings with popcorn in the Movie Room.
After an action-packed day, families can relax with dinner in one of The Belfry’s many restaurants, including The Ryder Restaurant, where children can enjoy their own delicious buffet. Parents and grandparents can indulge with a treatment at The Belfry Spa, sip cocktails at the Brabazon Bar, or enjoy a round of golf on one of the resort’s three renowned courses.
