The Great British BBQ, Gin and Meat Festival is back for a third year.
Taking place at Quantum, Upper Trinity Street, on Saturday 29 June, Taste & Liquor are celebrating the nation's favourite activity, alongside plenty of gin tipples and mouthwatering BBQ delights.
Based in the historical JQ, customers and locals can enjoy 1000 Trades on the ground floor, and the newly added cocktail bar upstairs on level three. The bar was set up by local bartender and entrepreneur Samuel Boulton and is a shabby chic environment, set within a beautiful old Victorian workshop. Expect rustic/industrial charm with opulent service
The Vanguard’s gin Menu features an array of Gin spirits and creative cocktails to suit all tastes, the bar specialises in a little forgotten beverage, Mead. For those who don’t know, Mead is an alcoholic beverage created by fermenting honey with water, sometimes with various fruits, spices, grains, or hops.
Alongside The Vanguard Bar, the event will feature some of the best British BBQ traders serving the tastiest dishes for all you carnivorous fans. Traders include Salty Dog, Phat Phat, Jamrock, Little Urban BBQ, Naughty Little Things, Super Dry Guy's and The Dough Bar.
Tickets cost £7 and include a beer or cocktail on arrival. On sale HERE
