Colmore Life has today announced the highly anticipated list of traders taking part in the 2026 edition of Colmore Food Festival.

The much‑loved Birmingham city centre event celebrates the very best of the vibrant food and drink scene in Colmore, with this year’s festival featuring an exciting mix of independent favourites, well‑known restaurants and much‑loved local institutions, showcasing the area’s reputation as one of the city’s best dining destinations.

The 2026 festival will also welcome a number of exciting new additions to the Colmore Food Festival line‑up, reflecting the district’s ongoing evolution as a dining destination. These include Trillium, the brand‑new Birmingham restaurant from Michelin‑starred chef Glynn Purnell and wine expert Phil Innes, which has already attracted national attention and strong early reviews for its bold flavours and relaxed take on modern British cooking.

Also joining the festival for the first time is Cylla, the modern Greek restaurant on Newhall Street praised in a recent review by The Guardian for its refined take on Mediterranean dining and warm hospitality.

Six by Nico, the Colmore Row venue known for its ever‑changing tasting menus and Paradise-based operators Cow & Sow and La Bellezza are also new traders joining the 30-piece line up.
