Zellig launches a January programme of wellness and work events to kick start a healthier working year.

Zellig Wellness & Work is an initiative based at The Old Library on Gibb Street in Deritend, focused on making wellbeing an everyday part of working life. By curating events that combine evidence-informed practices with an inclusive, community feel. The majority of sessions are completely free, with one low-cost paid workshop, and are open to all in Digbeth and neighbouring areas.

All workshops will be hosted in The Old Library on Gibb Street, creating a welcoming space to unwind, move, and connect with fellow tenants throughout the week.

Participants in Zellig Wellness & Work events can expect small-group, in-person sessions that are welcoming to all levels, with no prior wellbeing or mindfulness experience required. Sessions focus on practical tools for setting realistic goals, managing workplace stress and building healthier habits that last beyond the event itself, supporting both individual wellbeing and workplace performance.

Registration for all events now open online, with limited places available to maintain an intimate, supportive environment. To reserve your spot and make a booking head to linktr.ee/zellig to view all wellness and work events.
