An independent coffee haven overlooking leafy St. Paul’s Square in Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham. Run by head chef Will Binks they aim to serve only the finest Extract Coffee along with tasty breakfast & seasonal lunch offerings. their recently launched all day brunch menu is a gastronomical feast. 

After a whirlwind turn around of what was Saint Caffe, over a very hectic Christmas and New Year fortnight, a lick of paint, a deli stand, a tasty new menu, and a very conscious effort in maintaining the already high coffee standards, they were able to open the doors on a cold January morning to their customers.
