The Carpenter's Arms Community Centre has occupied the present site in Boldmere for more than 12 years. It is located just off Boldmere Road between the Post Office and Red Rose Bridal. There is on-site parking for approximately 12 cars.

The Centre has three meeting rooms which are available for hire: a large main hall with capacity for up to 150 people, a smaller annexe with capacity for 60 people and an upper room with a capacity for 20 people.

Each room has access to its own kitchen facilities. Toilets are located at the front and rear of the building. A wide range of activities take place throughout the week, some operated by The Carpenter's Arms staff and volunteers and others operated as room hire.
