Escape Live has announced its latest virtual mystery game which players can complete from the comfort of their own homes.

Working in partnership with Midlands Air Ambulance, Escape Live is inviting wannabe sleuths to join Sherlock Holmes in The Grand Debut and solve the puzzle to uncover the mystery behind the murder of Lord Harrington at Chapelgate Manor.

There are three steps to the game: Step One - receive the case file. Step two - navigate your way around Chapelgate Manor completing tasks. Step three - assisted with clues (if required), uncover the murderer and crack the case.

The Grand Debut can be played by one to six players in one location or multiple locations, and is a great at-home alternative to quizzes and endless video calls. Zoom is the recommended platform for screen sharing when playing from multiple locations.

The game costs £20, with £7.50 per game being donated to Midlands Air Ambulance Charity to help fund its rapid response pre-hospital emergency service.

Jas Sodhi, Managing Director of Escape Live adds: “We’re thrilled to be once again supporting Midlands Air Ambulance Charity after the success of our first virtual game, Rogue Agent. While face-to-face gaming is limited, this is a fun way to spend your evening as well as raising money for a vitally important cause.”
