Taste of the Mailbox returns from 2nd – 4th August to Birmingham’s premium lifestyle and shopping destination. To celebrate, we’re giving one lucky person the chance to win two tickets to an exclusive masterclass with Michelin-starred chef, Brad Carter of Carters of Moseley on Saturday 3rd August, worth £110.
Brad will host an intimate cooking demonstration where he’ll present two delicious dishes for guests to try. He’ll then take the time to answer any culinary questions you might have before signing a complimentary copy of his new book, Staff, which you’ll receive on the day as part of a special Carters of Moseley gift bag.
Taste of the Mailbox will feature appearances from Original Flava and some of the finest producers from Ludlow Food Festival, as well as complimentary food and drink sampling from the centre’s own selection of bars and restaurants.
