The iconic Tamworth Assembly Rooms reopens next month following an ambitious £5million makeover.

Originally built to commemorate the golden jubilee of Queen Victoria, the Staffordshire theatre is being relaunched with a ballet version of The Wizard Of Oz. The season also includes a 25-character Dad’s Army show performed by two actors, A Black Country Night Out and, for Christmas, a pantomime version of Aladdin...
