Henley Street
From 12 noon: Community Dance Performance

A collective of local and regional community groups will perform a mass-movement dance piece for Shakespeare's Birthday celebrations. This dance performance, which includes traditional and contemporary styles, takes inspiration from the 250th anniversary of David Garrick's Shakespeare Jubilee of 1769, and his vision of the Stratford community crossing divides and coming together to celebrate Shakespeare's enduring legacy.
