As the nights draw out and the autumn weather sets in, the Belgrade Theatre invites you to come in out of the cold for five fantastic nights of live music this October.

Following the success of his 2018 show, Irish singing star Nathan Carter makes a hotly anticipated return to Coventry, bringing his Born for the Road Tour to the Belgrade on Thursday 3 October. Expect superb vocals, expert accordion-playing and a genuine passion for the songs as this multi-talented performer raises the roof with familiar tunes and foot-tapping hooley.

On Wednesday 2 October, the music of Carole King is brought to the stage in Carole, a brand new show for 2019 from the producers of West End hits Seven Drunken Nights and Walk Right Back – The Everly Brothers Story. Featuring a cast of some of the UK’s finest singers, musicians and dancers, it follows Carole’s story from her early beginnings in New York to the Troubadour Club and the singer-songwriter movement of early 70s California.

On Friday 4 October, Pop-Up Bowie is back with another uplifting musical celebration. Voted the UK’s number one David Bowie tribute act at the National Tribute Awards 2016, Paul Anderson leads audiences on a musical journey through the masterpieces that made Bowie into the immortal legend he’s become today.

Having sold over one million tickets for 2000 performances worldwide, the hugely successful Anything For Love arrives in Coventry on Saturday 5 October, brought to the stage by the creative force behind hit shows Vampires Rock and The Meat Loaf Story, Steve Steinman.

Now in his 27th year of performing Meat Loaf’s unforgettable back catalogue, Steinman is back with a new production featuring a special guest appearance from Lorraine Crosby, female lead vocalist on Meat Loaf’s Grammy Award-winning number one single, I Would Do Anything For Love (But I Won’t Do That). Expect spectacular staging, incredible musicianship and a slice of Steinman’s famous sense of humour.

Finally, on Wednesday 9 October, The Goldhawks celebrate the 50th anniversary of The Who’s ground-breaking rock opera Tommy in their thrilling performance of Tommy – The Album, Live! Hot on the heels of their smash-hit tour of Quadrophenia, this world-class, nine-piece rock band offer an authentic recreation of The Who’s iconic sound, supported by amazing visuals.
