The Black Country Living Museum are extending their opening hours to 8pm every Friday in August as part of their Summer Lates.

That means visitors will have even more time to enjoy the open-air museum - stroll along the historic streets and chat to costumed characters, grab a bag of old-fashioned sweets, play traditional street games and much more. Plus, you'll be able to get your hands on some  fish and chips from the museum's famous Fish and Chip shop, and enjoy a drink or two from the Bottle and Glass Inn.

Those who want to pop in just for the evening will pay £5* per person after 4pm. Summer Lates tickets will be available for pre-bookable timeslots at 4pm, 4:30pm, 5pm and 5:30pm via the Black Country Living Museum website.  Pre-booking is strongly advised as walk-up tickets will not be available until 6pm.

A limited number of £5 walk-up tickets will be available on the door from 6pm onwards - these tickets will be sold on a first come first served basis, so it is strongly advised visitors pre-book to avoid disappointment.

*£5 tickets for visitors arriving from 4pm onwards. Please note, that any reduced special offer tickets or any other offers including the reduced evening rate are not eligible to be upgraded to an Unchained Pass.
