Britain’s biggest indoor tattoo, with over 1,000 performers, will bring together international marching bands, the massed pipes and drums, exciting displays and will culminate in the spectacular Grand Finale featuring all the performers in a spectacle of pomp and pageantry.

This year's special 30th Birmingham International Tattoo will feature fantastic bands from Poland, Austria and Russia as well as the United Kingdom. Sharing the arena with the musicians, during the three-hour family event, will be a range of spectacular displays including Royal Air Force Cosford Queen’s Colour, the RNRMC Field Gun Competition, the Wreath of Respect Motorcycle Riders, the United Kingdom Disco Display Team and the Parade of Massed Standards. This year’s event will also mark the 100th anniversary of the end of World War 1 and RAF100, the centenary of the formation of the RAF.

The event would not be complete without the spectacular Grand Finale which will feature the Royal Air Force Cosford Queen’s Colour and Escort, the traditional Land of Hope and Glory, the Evening Hymn and the Lone Piper.

There really is something for all the family at the Birmingham International Tattoo.
