Spring Steam Gala

Severn Valley Railway’s four-day festival of steam makes a welcome return this month.

The 2024 edition of the show will feature appearances from 72 ‘Fenchurch’, Lambton Tank 29, Stanier Mogul 13268 - in LMS lined black livery and bearing its original number - and the SVR’s flagship locomotive, 4930 ‘Hagley Hall’.

Plus, subject to examination and agreement on testing and commissioning, new-build locomotive 6880 ‘Betton Grange’ will be making its first-ever gala appearance.
