Fans of 90s music are being invited to relive the golden age of Britpop when a special live music event comes to Bilston Market this September.

'Bilston Live - Britpop Reunion' will take place on Friday 11 September, bringing an evening packed with the iconic songs that defined a generation.

The event will be headlined by Britpop Reunion, one of the UK's leading professional Britpop tribute bands. Audiences can expect a high-energy performance featuring hits from some of the biggest names of the decade, including Oasis, Blur, Pulp, Supergrass and The Verve.

The band will take to the stage at 7.30pm, performing a set full of chart-topping anthems and crowd-pleasing singalongs from the era that helped shape British music in the 1990s.

Before the live performance, Indie DJ Dan Mawson from VDUB Radio will warm up the crowd with a selection of Britpop and indie favourites from 6.30pm.

Organisers are encouraging concertgoers to grab their bucket hats and parkas and prepare for a nostalgic night of live music in the heart of Bilston.

The outdoor standing event will see gates open at 6.15pm, with last entry at 8pm and the evening finishing at 9.30pm.

The event is open to ages 14 and over. Those aged 14 and 15 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over, while 16-year-olds can attend unaccompanied.
