A popular retro party night is set to bring plenty of glitter, dancing and classic tunes to Wolverhampton this autumn.

Discos for Grown Ups will take over Wulfrun Hall on Friday 2 October, promising a feel-good night of music from the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s.

The event invites guests to get dressed up in their best disco glamour and dance the night away to a soundtrack packed with soul, disco, pop and dancefloor favourites.

The playlist will feature hits from the likes of Donna Summer, Human League, Earth, Wind & Fire, Chic, Sister Sledge, ABBA, Madonna, the Bee Gees, Erasure, Faithless and many more.

Alongside the music, guests can expect dancers, confetti showers, balloons and an impressive light and laser show, as well as free retro sweets and glow sticks.

The event is designed as a standing disco, with dancing running from 7.30pm until 11pm. Doors open at 6.45pm for standard ticket holders, while VIP ticket holders can gain priority entry from 6.30pm.

VIP tickets also include early access to the bar and dancefloor, a special disco glow pack and a gold wristband offering money off Discos for Grown Ups merchandise.

Discos for Grown Ups takes place at Wulfrun Hall on Friday 2 October 2026. Tickets are available at thehallswolverhampton.co.uk.
