Wolverhampton residents can roll out their mats once again as free Park Yoga sessions return to the city for the summer.
The popular outdoor classes are back at East Park, offering locals the chance to enjoy a free hour of yoga in the fresh air every Sunday morning throughout the season.
Open to all ages and abilities, the sessions are designed to be welcoming and accessible, whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi. There's no need to book, participants can simply turn up with a mat, towel or blanket and join in.
The initiative, delivered by Park Yoga in partnership with Wolverhampton City Council and Active Black Country, aims to encourage more people to get active while enjoying the city's green spaces.
The free classes have proved a hit in previous years, attracting regular attendees who have praised the relaxed atmosphere and the chance to exercise outdoors.
Sessions will run every Sunday until September, giving residents plenty of opportunities to get involved.
