This weekend, Wolverhampton launches its first Fringe Arts Wolves, a bold new festival celebrating culture, creativity, and collaboration across the city.

Developed by Asylum Artist Quarter, Gatis, Wolverhampton City Council, and Wolverhampton BID, and supported by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, the festival brings together partners committed to building a stronger cultural identity for the city.

The festival will kick things off with a lantern parade by Gatis Community Space, before heading over to Wolverhampton Art Gallery LATES, for an after hours workshop, music and spoken word.

Across the weekend, visitors can also experience exhibitions in historic and contemporary venues, live music and open mics in pubs and bars, an artisan Christmas market along Victoria Street in the city centre, and discover the Overhear Sound Trail and City of Youth Culture Murals.

Fringe Arts Wolves runs from Friday 28 - Sunday 30 November. For the full festival programme, visit theasylumartgallery.com.
