Comedy band The Horne Section are to perform in Dudley in May, it was revealed today.

Led by TV stand-up Alex Horne - who created the Bafta and Emmy nominated show Taskmaster which he co-hosts alongside Greg Davies – the five-strong band are coming to Dudley Town Hall on Thursday May 2.

The Horne Section has appeared in Dictionary Corner on 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, and is the only band to have ever hosted Never Mind The Buzzcocks.

They have also appeared on The John Bishop Show, as well as presenting three series of their own show for BBC Radio 4.

Tickets for their latest show – That’s How I Like My Tour - went on sale at 10am today (Friday) and are expected to go quickly.
