Wolverhampton's Newhampton Arts Centre (NAC) will present its first ever virtual 3D exhibition from tomorrow (Thursday 4 June), to celebrate the work of its resident artists during lockdown.

Art Unlocked can be viewed online from Thursday 4 to Tuesday 30 June and will be accessible to the public through the NAC website. The exhibition will include fine art paintings & drawings, photographs and digital art.

Commenting, NAC Chief Executive Trevelyan Wright said: "Our resident artists play a huge role in making NAC such a vibrant cultural community. As well as making work in their studios, they offer classes and courses to the public, stage solo and group exhibitions in the Gallery Hall and open their studios regularly to the public. We thought that they might have been as busy at home as they were onsite, and we weren’t wrong!

"Many of the pieces are for sale - so if you think a piece would look as good on your wall as it does on our online wall, we can put you in touch with the artist to purchase."

NAC and residents have chosen kunstmatrix.com, known for its high-quality 3D technology, to host the new online exhibition. You can check out the works from 4 June at newhamptonarts.co.uk/art_unlocked.
