Four high profile artists have been commissioned by the Arches Festivals to create brand-new large-scale projection-based artwork for Light Night Worcester 2021.   

Taking place every evening between 6-10pm, from Tuesday 19th - Thursday 21st October, the International and award-winning artists and organisations will transform city centre buildings with their light projections created specifically for Light Night Worcester.

The event's programme includes: 

Lullaby by Luke Jerram

Coming to the streets of Worcester a beautiful parade of bikes decorated with lights and playing a brand-new surround sound composition created by local school children and composer Andy Taylor will be lighting up the faces of families as they pass by their homes.

Created by Luke Jerram and made up of Worcester’s citizens, Lullaby will be a wonderful experience for the whole family and a great way to become a part of Light Night Worcester 2021.

Lilliput - imitating the dog

Providing a platform for young voices to reimagine and shape the city through their hopes and dreams. 

Ring the Changes - Illuminos

Blending the historical and rich heritage of bellringing and guilds with modern technology in new and unexpected ways. 

Re-Wild - Limbic Cinema

Exploring our relationship with nature and how we can help it to thrive in urban spaces. 

Remember the Future - Mark Murphy

Remixing vintage images of future visions to create a series of large scale collage compositions.
